  7. Our business model is that we make online music video tutorials and put them on YouTube. We then offer customers to view these videos, and download PDF material from our website. We wish to stress that we are not obliged in any way to answer questions regarding how to learn an instrument, how to play a tune/song, etc. If there are issues relating to your purchased PDF or purchased material, then we will work with you to solve the problem. But answers and information relating to questions relating to “how” to learn an instrument is not part of our business model.

Customers will not be compensated for any changes in price or pricing quotes.

  4. If payment from you to us is delayed, incomplete or invalid, we reserve the right to consider suspending/terminating your access to our service until we are satisfied that said payment issue has been satisfactorily resolved.

Q1. “Do I have to be able to read music to do the course?”

A1. No, you do not have to be able to read music to learn with Trad Success! We pride ourselves in helping people from all walks of life learn how to play and read music from the beginning! Using our incremental steps and revolutionary teaching techniques, our aim is to help people from all backgrounds learn how to play music.

Q2. “What type of guitar will I need for the guitar course?”

A2. We recommend that you use a 6-string acoustic guitar, a plectrum and a tuner (these can also be readily downloaded as mobile phone apps). Some people also prefer to use a strap to help them play, especially when standing up. You will also need a guitar capo if you wish to play along in the same key as some of our videos.

Q3. “What type of ukulele will I need for the ukulele course?”

A3. We recommend that you use a 4-string acoustic ukulele for the ukulele course. We use a Tenor Ukulele for the ukulele courses, but you can also use a Soprano Ukulele or a Concert Ukulele. We also recommend to have a plectrum if you wish to use one and a tuner (these can also be readily downloaded as mobile phone apps).
